EE was removing a worn cutting-edge bolt from the loader bucket. When EE went to remove the nut, the bolt dropped and continued to spin when EE attempted to secure it by grabbing it with EE's left hand, cutting EE's left index finger.

Employee was removing the cutting edge bolts with an air wrench. One of the bolts dropped out of the sq. slot. He pushed the bolt back up into the sq slot-when he used the air wrench to remove the nut & bolt, nut & air wrench dropped. The head of the bolt dropped down out of the sq slot and cut through his glove and cut tip of left index finger.
EE WAS GRINDING ON A SCREEN/SPARKS WENT INTO FACE. EE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES. DID NOT REPORT UNTIL FOLLOWING DAY. HAD IRRITATION IN THE EVENING. UNSUCCESSFULLY DID TRY TO REMOVE OBJECT-- COULD NOT-- WENT TO CLINIC.
