Showing all 3Grinding on the underside of a truck trailer while on his back and metal particle got in his eye. After flushing the eye and getting the particle out the employee finished his shift with no problems but the next day still felt the eye was bothering him. He went to clinic and got an antibiotic for a scratch on his eye. After the visit to the clinic- he returned to work.
Employee was trying to hoist himself up to look at screen deck which had been shut down but was still slowing down. He stepped on the guarding of shaker shaft. The rubber part of guarding gave when stepped on and his left foot went through to the shaft which had not come to complete stop yet. The turning shaft pinched his foot causing a cut on the bottom without cutting his boot.
