Worker was trying to remove the bit from an Ingersoll-Rand 3" drill with a 16" pipe wrench. He cycled the drill and with the bit spinning freely in the jaws of the pipe wrench he grasped the wrench. When he grasped the wrench the jaws engaged on the bit pinning the ring finger of his right hand between the wrench and the dust guard of the drill.
