EE WAS OILING FOR THE #3 DRAGLINE ON THE MILLS JOB. TO DO THE JOB, HE HAD MOVED A FAN UP SO THAT HE COULD GET AT THE DRUMS HE WAS GREASING. WHEN HE STARTED TO MOVE THE FAN BACK INTO POSITION, HE LOST HIS BALANCE. HE HAD BEEN IN THE ACT OF REACHING FOR THE FAN, AND HIS LEFT ARM WENT INTO THE FAN.
