Inhalation of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

While operating D9L dozer, hydraulic line ruptured, spraying turbo and exhaust pipe, causing fluid to ignite and fill cab with smoke. Employee inhaled smoke and fumes, causing asthma attack and difficulty breathing.

Fall from machine

Employee was climbing ladder of 992C Loader, lost grip, fell and broke left wrist

Employee was operating 988B Loader. Exhaust leak developed with fumes entering operator's cab. Employee became nauseous and light-headed and had to leave work.

WHILE CROSSING A DIRTPILE TO GET ON THE DRAGLINE, STEPPED ON A FLAT STONE WHICH WAS ON ANOTHER ROCK AND THE STONE SLIPPED, ALLOWING RIGHT LEG TO OVEREXTEND AT THE KNEE AND INJURED THE MUSCLE O R LIGAMENT ON REAT OF KNEE.
