While operating D9L dozer, hydraulic line ruptured, spraying turbo and exhaust pipe, causing fluid to ignite and fill cab with smoke. Employee inhaled smoke and fumes, causing asthma attack and difficulty breathing.

Employee was operating 988B Loader. Exhaust leak developed with fumes entering operator's cab. Employee became nauseous and light-headed and had to leave work.
