I.NAME IS A WELDER AND WAS WASHING THE BLASTHOLE DRILL WITH A STEAM PRESSURE WASHER WHEN A SMALL PARTICLE WAS WASHED UP INTO HIS LEFT EYE. HE R EPORTED THE ACCIDENT IMMEDIATELY BUT THOUGHT THE PARTICLE WOULD WASH OUT AND RETURNED TO WORK THE NEXT MORNING. AT 10:00 AM 10-04-84 HE TOOK OFF WORK TO GO TO THE DR FOR TREATMENT
