HE HAD CUT THE FACE AND WAS BACKING MINER TO THE OUTSIDE. HE WAS WALKING BESIDE OF MINER THE MINER SLEWED TO THE SIDE AND CAUGHT HIS LOWER FOOT OR ANKLE AND BROKE IT.
