EMPLOYEE WAS BURNING A PIPE IN AN OVERHEAD POSITION WHEN A GLOB OF HOT METAL CONTACTED HIS PANT LEG, SETTING THE PANTS ON FIRE. EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED FIRST AND SECOND DEGREE BURNS TO THE LOWER LEG BEFORE HE COULD PUT THE FIRE OUT.
