CONT. MINR OPERATOR WAS CUTTING THE #4 RIGHT CROSS CUT THEN HE HAD HIS BACK TURNED TOWARD THE RIB. WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK ROLLED FROM THE RIB STRIKING HIM IN HIS LOWER BACK.
