INJURED WAS SPRAYING PERMANENT STOPPINGS PER 75.333 WITH A SODIUM SILICATE PRODUCT. THE SPRAY MACHINE CLOGGED AND THE INJURED WAS PERFORMING REMEDIAL CHECKS AND ACTIVATED THE MACHINE, CAUSING PRODUCT TO BE EXPELLED FROM THE MACHINES HOPPER INTO BOTH OF HIS EYES. INJURED WAS NOT WEARING SAFETY GLASSES.
