EE was bolting on his knee's, when he went to stand up his right knee popped. He said it felt like it popped out of place

Machine operator heard repairman say OK & assumed he was clear of the machine. He started tramming backwards & repairman was caught between rib & left ripper ring.
EMPLOYEE WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN A ROCK AND THE MINER HURTING HIS LEFT LEG AND FINGER. (HE WAS SEEN IN E.R. ON 1/28 AND FOLLOWED UP BY DOCTOR VISIT ON 1/29 WHO RELEASED HIM FOR WORK).

EE WAS PULLING A PIECE OF DRAWROCK WHEN IT CAME OUT BEHIND HIM STRUCKING HIS RIGHT LEG.
EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING MAKE A BELT SPLICE WHEN THE SPLICE MACHINE FELL OFF THE RAILS AND CAUGHT HIS THUMB AND FINGER UNDER THE RAIL WHICH CAUSED THE SPLICE MACHINE TO LACERATE HIS FINGERS.
EE WAS ROOF BOLTING & WAS PUTTING UP A ROOF MAT ACROSS THE ENTRY WHEN A ROCK FELL & HIT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STRAP. THE ROCK PUSHED THE STRAP AWAY FROM HIS HAND & SLICED HIS FINGER.
