EE WAS MOWING THE GRASS IN AND AROUND THE FACILITY. WHILE USING A STRING TRIMMER A PIECE OF FLOATING DEBRIS PASSED BEHIND HIS EYE PROTECTION AND ENTERED THE LEFT EYE CAUSING PAIN & IRRITATION.
