WHILE THE EE WAS OPERATING THE MUSTANG LOADER, CLEANING TRACKS, THE LOADER TURNED OVER. THE EE'S LEG CAME OUT OF THE PROTECTED AREA THUS RESULTING IN A FRACTURED ANKLE. HE WAS WEARING A SEAT B ELT.
