Loader operator lost balance while exiting loader and fell from platform outside loader cab onto the ground and landed on his back after hitting loader fender. At present time he is still being evaluated by his physician for back pain. The accident did not require hospitalization.

Showing all 7Worker's hard hat fell off - when he retrieved the hat he stood up and hit head on a metal beam. He went to walk in center and required two stitches to the head. He was off the job for app. one hour and returned to finish his shift and reported for work the next day.
Employee was welding on bucket of front end loader in garage at facility. Metal sliver from welding went under safety goggles and entered eye. On 11/22/10 employee went to urgent care facility was then sent to eye specialist who removed sliver with magnet. Employee missed one day work due to incident and suffered no damage to eye.
MAIN CONVEYOR REMOVAL-CONVEYOR WAS CUT FREE AND CAUGHT ON AN UNKNOWN OBJECT. IT THEN SPRUNG FREESTRIKING INJURED PARTY & PINNING HIM AGAINST SCREEN DECK AND CAT WALK RAILING.
EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING A DISTRIBUTION BOX INTO PLACE WHEN THE TIP OF FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE PIECES OF METAL.
THE EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF RUBBER WITH A POCKET KNIFE. THE LOCK ON THE BLADE FAILED AND CLOSED ON HIS FINGER. HE WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM & HAD 5 STITCHES TO HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER.
