Showing all 3Employee reported to have severe pain in his lower back and was taken to the doctor and later diagnosed with kidney stones. He was off for several weeks before we learned that he was referred to a specialist for a work related injury with having a compressed disc/nerve.
Injured stated incident happened on 2/1/2010 but did not report the incident until 2/2/2010. At first it was believed to be a spider bite but now the medical doctor is stating it is a staff infection and is treating employee for a staff infection.
