A haul truck operator noticed redness and swelling on EE's forearm assumed to be from an insect bite or sting, on evaluation EE was referred to medical evaluation for a possible allergic reaction. EE was was diagnosed with an acute, localized reaction and prescribed a steroid and light duty for the course of medication.
