Employee was off duty and lives with wife in camper on mine property behind shop. Per wife who was with employee at the time, employee had just taken shower and was laying down. Wife heard noise. Found husband unresponsive. Summoned help from employee at the shop. 911 was called and transported him to Augusta County Regional Medical Center.

WHILE IN THE LAB, HEATED LUNCH IN MICROWAVE. WHILE EATING LUNCH IN LAB HAD HEART ATTACK. CALLED FOREMAN WHO CALLED 911. CLEARBROOK RESCUERESPONDED.

WHEN WITNESS SAW HIM HE WAS HOLDING HIS CHEST WITH HIS RIGHT HAND, LEFT ARM HANGING DOWN SHAKING, HEAD SHAKING, TEARS COMING OUT OF HIS EYES.
