Employee started having heart pain & contacted leadman. Leadman called 911, he was transported to hospital and released to go back to work.

Emplyee began having chest pains on job site. Employee was transported to hospital and was having a heart attack, so they life flighted him to anther hospital, where they inserted a stint to open up closed artery. They determined that 3 other artheries were 100% blocked and he will need by pass surgery as soon as he is stable.

EMPLOYEE WAS MEASURING STOCKPILE. AFTER COMING DOWN PILE HE FELL TO THE GROUND. OTHER EMPLOYEES CALLED 911 AND STARTED CPR. THEY COULD NOT REVIVE HIM.
