Employee was walking along and suddenly had a seizure. This was a pre-existing non disclosed issue. Doctor said there was no injury from the seizure and no secondary injury from falling. No equipment was running at this time.

EE HAD BEEN CHANGING SCREENS ON A CONVEYOR. WHEN HE FINISHED HE WALKED OUTSIDE & WAS HIT BY A GUST OF WIND THAT BLEW A SMALL PIECE OF METAL INTO HIS EYE.
EE BENDED TO GO UNDERNEATH CONVEYOR AND POPPED HIS BACK OUT OF PLACE.
