Employee had a seizure was not injured. We did call a ambulance and ambulance came and took EE to the ER in Abilene, Tx. Waiting to hear back on if it was due to prior health issues.

Showing all 5Employee was on Kawasaki loader when another employee found him slumped over the steering wheel. He wasn't responsive and CPR was started. Ambulance was called. EMS continued CPR and employee was pronounced dead at the hospital from a heart attack.
EE was cleaning up to go home when he started to feel pain and discomfort in R shoulder and upper middle back. He reported his possible injury to the office at 5:45 pm 8-9-06. Upon doctors visit he was advised to rest and return to work the following Monday. It was apulled muscle.
Employee was running a tractor at the quarry when another employee noticed his tractor lost control and was going to hit a structure. Upon inspection the employee was found to be unconscious. First aid and CPR was begun. Ambulance was called. Upon EMT arrival and work to revive, employee was pronounced dead.
EE had been operating a skat track then got off to help stack a pallet. As he bent over to pick up a rock, he felt a pain in his lower middle back.
