EE was in Wash Plant Lab starting up the plant. EE blacked out and fell on the floor. Co-worker walked into Lab and tried to do chest compressions on EE. EE opened eyes. Co-worker called 911. EE is on several medications. EE was in the hospital for a couple days for observation. Cause was issue with medications.

Employee told foreman he was not feeling well. Foreman assigned replacement loader operator and brought employee to employee locker room/restroom area. Employee was drying his hands when he suddenly passed out. CPR was started and 911 called. Employee was not able to be saved.
