EMPLOYEE WAS TORCHING AND REMOVING OLD EQUIPMENT IN KILN AREA. WIND BLEW PIECE OF FOREIGN MATERIAL INTO LEFT EYE. DIDN'T BOTHER HIM UNTIL NEXT MORNING WHEN HEREPORTED. THIS INJURY OCCURRED 3/91 WITH NO LOST TIME, BUT IN 5/91 BECAME REPORTABLE DUE TO CATARACT SURGURY, BUT STILL DID NOT RESULT IN LOST TIME.
