While employee was loading a flatbed trailer with a forklift, a strong gust of wind came through a picked up a sheet of R-panel from the bone yard and carried it across and landing on the right side of the forklift. Employee was able to see it coming that he rapidly turned his back to it. The sheet of R-panel did not hit him but in the rapid movement the strained his neck.
