I NAME WAS USIN1 HAND WINCH TO MOVE BOAT OVER SO HE COULD PUMP.HE WAS CRANKING THE WINCH A HARD WIND COME UP AND PULLED BOAT AGAINT THE WINCH PULLING THE HANDLE OUT OF HIS HAND.THE HANDLE CAM E AROUND HIT HI8 ARM BLADE IT AND KNO KNOCKED EHIM DOWN AND CUT HIS HEAD.
