EMPLOYEE WAS SHOVELING DIRT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE STRAP WHERE THE GRAVEL GOES BY SO THE STRAP WONT GET STRUCK AND AS HE WAS SHOVELING THE WIND BLEW AND FLEW A PIECE OF METASL IN HIS LEFT EYE. INJURING IT.
