EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING AND BROOMING THE BOTTOM OF THE POWER SHAKER PLANT WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL. THEY TRIED TO GET HIM UP BUT EMPLOYEE HAD FAINTED.

EMPLOYEE WAS SHOVELING DIRT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE STRAP WHERE THE GRAVEL GOES BY SO THE STRAP WONT GET STRUCK AND AS HE WAS SHOVELING THE WIND BLEW AND FLEW A PIECE OF METASL IN HIS LEFT EYE. INJURING IT.
