At approx. 9:15am, co-worker noticed ee slumped forward in the cab and told another ee about what had seen. An ee went to the loader to check on ee and immediately started CPR. While doing CPR, EMS was called and ee was removed from the cab. EE was then taken to the hospital where ee was pronounced dead of Natural Cause Cardiac Arrest.

Employee stated that he went to Dr. for pain in his shoulder, wrist and right foot. He also stated tha his right foot was still giving him problems. The Dr. wrote to not use right foot on pedal that Miner Operator has to use.
