EE WAS CLEANING MUD BELT WHEN HE WAS STUNG BY A WASP ON THE LEFT FOREARM. HE REPORTS THAT HE WOKE UP ON 5-11-02 WITH A KNOT AND PAIN AT THE SIGHT. ON 5-14-02 HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR.

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A FRONT END LOADER WHEN THE WIND BLEW SAND OR DIRT OR SOME OTHER UNIDENTIFIED DEBRIS INTO HIS EYE. THE EYE WAS WASHED OUT AT THAT TIME. ON 2-29 THE EMPLOYEE SAID HIS EYE WAS IRRITATED AND WE SENT HIM TO THE DOCTOR TO BE EXAMINED.
