Apparently grit on EE's clothing fell into EE's lunch. While eating lunch he bit down onto fine sand material (grit), which EE spit out. While eating a snack during break time, EE's back tooth fell out.
Felt strain in left knee. Reported 8/4/06 when discomfort did not go away.

EE HAS REPORTED THAT HE WAS CLEANING THE FLOOR. ABOVE HIM WAS ANOTHER CONVEYOR BELT & THE AREA WAS DUSTY. HE REPORTED THAT HIS EYE STARTED BOTYHERING HIM AT THIS TIME. FIRST SAW DOCTOR ON 9/30 RELEASE TO FULL DUTIES ON 10/1; GIVEN RX MAXITROL - APPLY 2 TIMES/DAY TO EYE.
EE DOES NOT KNOW SPECIFICALLY WHEN THE FOREIGN OBJECT GOT IN HIS EYE, BUT HE BELIEVES THAT IT HAPPENED BECAUSE IT WAS A PARTICULARLY WINDY NIGHT AND SOMETHING FLEW IN HIS EYE WHILE HE WAS WORK ING. OR THAT HE RUBBED HIS EYE WITH A RAG THAT MAY HAVE HAD A FINE PIECE OF GRIT ON IT.
