Associate was working on a pump in the primary wash area. Coworker noticed the associate sweating a lot and not responding to questions that the coworker was asking the associate. Temperature was 55 degrees outside. Associate seemed confused and not acting right.

Showing all 6Associate was sitting at desk doing computer work in the electrical office, they stood up from chair and turned and felt knee pain.
On 9/30/2018 worker had been pulling out wire. An hour later while walking around the plant the worker's back started to become sore. The worker had been feeling better but then while walking on 10/13/2018 felt a pop in back and pain. Worker sought medical treatment on 10/25/2018 which then became restricted duty.
Employee was eating lunch, a hornet flew into his mouth stinging him on the inside of his mouth. Employee is allergic to hornet stings and was taken to a clinic for treatment.
Associate was sitting in a chair in the jet shack. When beginning to stand up, the associate indicated he was unable to stand up as his lower back was hurting. Associate did not hear or feel any "pop" in his back, but felt pain. Associate was sitting for a couple hours prior to standing up or getting out of the chair.
Associate called work from his home residence after his work shift. Associate was working outdoors two days in the warm rail yard. He reported not feeling well. Upon the phone call we encouraged him to seek medical attention. He saw a doctor that afternoon and learned he had another medical issue going on.
