Employee was looking into cooler #1. When he did so cooler dust blew into his eyes. EE reported accident but did not seek medical attention until a later date. EE was wearing protective eye gear. EE washed eye out at eye washing station immedately following occurrance.

EE WAS USING A SKID LOADER TO MOVE CLINKER. HE WAS DUMPING A LOAD WHEN WIND BLEW COKE DUST BACK INTO THE CAB OF THE MACHINE. HE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES. HE IMMEDIATELY WENT TO EYEWASH STATI ON AND WASHED OUT EYES. THEN WENT TO DR. WHO REMOVED FOREIGN PARTICLE FROM LEFT EYE.
