THIS WAS CAUSED3FROM THE FUMES COMING FROM PIKE S DRUM PLANT DOWN BACK. THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TRUCKS TO KEEP THE PLANT RUNNNG STEADY, SO WHEN THEY FIRED UP THE PLANT, THE FUMES CAME UP FORM XX FROM THE PLA3T. THE WIND WAS BLWOING FROM THE SOUTH AND THE FUMES FROM THE UNBURNED FUEL BURNED HIS THROAT. THE PIKE PLANT IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE SEASON.
