HE WAS PERFORMING PRE-SHIFT CHECKS ON THE END LOADER AND HAD PLACED HIS LEFT HAND IN THE OPEN DOOR FRAME. THE WIND BLEW THE DOOR SHUT AND IT MASHED THE THUMB OF HIS LEFT HAND.
DUST BLEW IN HIS EYE.
