EE was stung by a bee while working on Kiln Level 2 at LNA Marble Falls superstructure project. The EE was transported to Urgent Care. From there the EE was being transported to a Medical Center, when the EE went into anaphylactic shock. The EMS had EE transported by helicopter to a Medical Center in Austin Tx. for treatment.

Miner was reaching for the emergency stop cable on the bagger mesh conveyor which was at waist level just a few inches away, and as ee started leaning sideways at the waist ee felt a sharp pain in lower back. There was no physical contact with equipment, tools, or bagged products.

An employee was getting a sample of quicklime in the silos galley way. As the employee walked, fugitive area dust got into the employee's eyes underneath their safety glasses. The employee was taken to a local clinic, had residual lime removed from their eye, and was given prescription medication.

Employee got off of shuttle wagon and was walking on flat ground to apply hand brakes to railcars, when ankle gave out. Employee sought medical treatment for pain and was placed on restrictions for an ankle injury.

Operating a Bobcat. Dumped a load of dirt, coal dust and lime, the wind gusted and blew dust in the face of the operator. The operator did not think anything of the incident. He completed his shift and went home without reporting it. It was not until the following morning that he had an issue with his eye.

Employee was cleaning up lime & dirt accumulated on the ground. He was wearing shaded safety glasses & pulled them down to see better. Lime & dirt blew into the employee's face & eyes. Employee stated this caused irritation to both eyes even after flushing with water.

EE SAYS HE FIRST FELT HIS BACK HURTING WHILE OPERATING THE DRAGLINE CLEANING OUT PONDS. UNKNOWN WHEN IT STARTED HURTING OR WHY IT WAS HURTING. HE CAN'T PLACE ANY SPECIFIC INCIDENT AS TO THE ST ART OF THE PAIN. EE ISN'T SURE EVEN THAT IT HAPPENED HERE AT THE PLANT DURING WORK, BUT IT DID START HURTING HERE. EE DID NOT START LOSING TIME UNTIL THE DR. PLACED HIM OFF DUTY 7-17-00.
