WHILE EXITING THE CAB OF A DOZER, HE WAS STEPPING DOWN WHENA GUST OF WIND KNOCKED HIM OFF BALANCE. HE WAS HOLDING ON HAND RAILS WITH BOTH HANDS BUT HIS RIGHT FOOT SLIPPED TO THE NEXT LEVEL CAU SING HIM TO HIT HE LEG/ANKLE AGAINST THE FRAME OF THE DOZER. EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE MAY HAVE TWISTED HIS ANKLE BUT HE WAS NOT SURE. HW WAS OK BUT HIS LEG BECAME SWOLLEN THE NEXT DAY.
