ALLEGED INJURY OCCURRED SOMETIME IN THE AFTERNOON OF 6-24-98. THE INJURY, A FOREIGN BODY IN THE LEFT EYE, WAS NOT REPORTED UNTIL 6-26-98. THE EYE DR. DID NOT FIND A FOREIGN BODY BUT DID REMOVE A RUST RING FROM INJURED'S LEFT EYE. PRESCRIPTION DRUGS WERE PRESCRIBED.
