EE became unresponsive while operating the 982 loader. Called 911 we went to hospital and was found to have had a brain aneurysm.

Showing all 3On 11/14/18, Miner was digging a hole by hand on a jobsite. When ee stood up, ee felt a head rush that followed with a persisting headache. On 11/21/18 ee reported headache to the company, sought medical attention, and was subsequently diagnosed with a subdural hematoma. Treatment notes state condition should heal on its own with modified activity for 4 weeks.
THERE WERE NO CONDITIONS AT THE WORK SITE WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO THE EE'S DEATH. EE DIED OF A HEART ATTACK WHILE OFF DUTY AND IN HIS OWN VEHICLE.
