While performing morning stretches, employee felt a pop in right calf muscle while doing the lunge stretch. Employee was taken to urgent care, diagnosed with muscle sprain, instructed to take ibuprofen and ice leg. EE was given restricted duty until follow up on 9/14/2021. On 9/14/2021, leg was still swollen and restricted duty was extended to another follow up on 9/21/2021.

DUST IN RIGHT EYE. EE WAS USING OUTSIDE STAIRWAY TO ACCESS STORAGE SILO, WINDY, EE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES WITH SIDE SHIELDS, EYE FLUSHED OF FOREIGN MATERIAL AND WORKED REMAINDER OF SHIFT. EE SOUGHT PHYSICIANS TREATMENT AFTER RETURNING HOME.

EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING TO ONE WORK AREA TO ANOTHERIN KILN BUILDING. WINDBORN DUST ENTERED LEFT EYEOF EMPLOYEE. HE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES WITH SIDE SHIELDS. EYE FLUSHED FREE OF FOREIGN MAGTER IAL AND EMPLOYEE WORKED REMAINDER OF HIS SHIFT. EMPLOYEE SOUGHT PHYSICIANS TREATMENT THE NEXT DAY AS EYE WAS STILL IRRITATED.
