This miner was found unresponsive in the back of a lube truck. 911 and MSHA were immediately notified. Upon further investigation it turns out this was the result of a non work related medical condition.

EMP WAS DIAGNOSED W / THIS CONDITION APPROX 2 YEARS AGO DURING A CDL EXAM BUT WAS TOLD BY DR THAT HE COULD CONTINUE TO WORK FULL DUTY UNTIL IT BOTHERED HIM. THIS IS A CUMULATIVE INJURY OVER TH E LAST 28 PLUS YEARS.
