This miner was found unresponsive in the back of a lube truck. 911 and MSHA were immediately notified. Upon further investigation it turns out this was the result of a non work related medical condition.

Employee became ill at work and was taken away by ambulance. After review with hospital it was determined that this was not a work related condition.
Employee stepped on bees nest & had multiple bites. Employee is allergic to bees. Injected with epi-pen & transported to hospital.

EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING PARTS WHEN WING BLEW F/B INTO RT EYE CAUSING 2 SCRATCHES TO RETINA. THIS OCCURRED ON MINE PROPERTY @ A MACHINE SHOP WHERE THE PARTS WERE LOCATED.
EE HAS HAD WORSENING PAIN IN LEFT KNEE FOR OVER 3 WEEKS & TODAY GOT TO THE POINT WHERE HE COULD NOT WORK.
