EE stopped the mantrip to open a set of airlock doors. The mantrip rolled back and pinched EE's left leg against the door causing a bruise. EE was taken to ER for evaluation and returned to work the next shift. EE worked a partial shift on the 21st and has been on light duty until further evaluation by doctor.

Shuttle car operator said they struck boom of continuous miner with car. The operator reported to foreman some pain in left shoulder. Continued to work, saw a doctor 9/10/2019 to be checked, Doctor determined possible damage in neck shoulder area. Notified on 10/11/2019 operator will be off work awaiting procedure.
Maxium Engineering Contractor's spadman was entering the portal and struck his forehead on the underside of the portal canopy. He stated that he was on his knees when they entered the portal canopy on the two man personnel carrier. The impact caused a laceration above his right eye requiring stitches.
Employee was operating the scoop and placed his left hand in a pinch point location. He turned the scoop to the left, pinching his left hand. His middle and ring finger were mashed by the bumper pad on the machine.
Riding 3-wheel mantrip, he hit his head on mine roof.
Driving 3 wheel mantrip outside, steering wheel kicked out of his hands striking him on the hand.
EE REPORTED AS HE GOT OFF HIS 3-WHEELER RIDE IT SOUNDED LIKE BIG MAX MANTRIP STARTING THE ENTRY CROSSCUT AS HE TURNED IT WAS A SHUTTLE CAR. IT WAS LOW IN THIS AREA S/C CAR OPERATOR DID NOT SEE EE BECAUSE OF HIGH AND THE OPERATOR WAS ON OTHER SIDE OF CAR. SHUTTLE CAR HIT HIS RIGHT LEG.
