EE WAS HANGING SHUTTLE CAR CABLE ACROSS ENTRY WHEN CAR WAS TURNED ON. THE CAR OPERATOR YELLED 3 TIMES "COMING ON" BUT EE DIDN'T HEAR THE WARNING. THE CABLE HIT EE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS HEAD, KNOCKING HIM INTO THE MESH HANGING FROM ROOF, CUTTING HIS HEAD WHICH REQUIRED 4 STICHES.
EE WAS STEPPING DOWN ON SHUTTLE CAR CABLE TO CROSS OVER JUST AS THE SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR STARTED THE MACHINE. THE CABLE FLIPPED EE UP AND HE LANDED ON HIS LEFT ANKLE, ROLLING IT OVER (SPRAINED ANKLE).
EE was driving genco jeep and door came open. EE reached to close door when front wheels hit a rock causing steering wheel to spin. Steerning wheel caught thumb of right hand.
