A HAULAGE ACCIDENT OCCURED AT 4:40 PM, 3-5-84. THE ROADWAY WAS DAMP AND IT HAD JUST STARTED TO RAIN. THE EYE WITNESS STATED THAT HE WAS OBSERVING THE VICTIM AS HE WAS COMING AROUND THE ROAD TO WARD THE OUTER SPOIL BANK. AT THIS TIME THE TRUCK SLID OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD, TURNED OVER, PINNING THE VICTIM UNDER THE TRUCK. INJURIES TO THE HEAD AND UPPER TRUNK APPEAR TO HAVE CAU
