VICTIM WAS STANDING BESIDE THE PUMP MOTOR COMPARTMENT WHEN A MECHANIC STARTED THE CAR FROM OUTSIDE THE OPERATORS DECK. THE CAR BEGAN TO MOVE-WHEN THE VICTIM SCREAMED, THE MECHANIC JUMPED INTO THE OPERATORS DECK. IN A FRANTIC EFFORT TO STOP THE CAR, HE USED HIS HANDS AND FOOT TO HIT THE CONTROLS.
