VICTIM WAS STANDING BESIDE THE PUMP MOTOR COMPARTMENT WHEN A MECHANIC STARTED THE CAR FROM OUTSIDE THE OPERATORS DECK. THE CAR BEGAN TO MOVE-WHEN THE VICTIM SCREAMED, THE MECHANIC JUMPED INTO THE OPERATORS DECK. IN A FRANTIC EFFORT TO STOP THE CAR, HE USED HIS HANDS AND FOOT TO HIT THE CONTROLS. WHEN THE CAR STOPPED, THE FRAME OF THE SHUTTLE CAR WAS COVERING THE VICTIMS BODY UP TO
