EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING A 575 BOB CAT SKID STEER. AS HE WAS LEAVING THE MACHINE HE BUMPED THE BUCKET PEDAL WITH HIS FOOT, CAUSING THE BUCKET TO MOVE DOWN AND TRAP HIS LEFT HAND BETWEEN THE BUCKET AND THE FRAME OF THE MACHINE.

WHILE EMPLOYEE 4AS ADJUSTING THE POWER SCRAPER ON THE REFUSE CONVEYOR, A BURR ON THE SHAFT GRABBED THE SLEEVE OF HIS SHIRT. WHEN THE EMPLOYEE PULLED AND TWISTED TO FREE THE SHIRT, HE TORE TWO MUSCLES ON HIS3UPPER RIGHT TRUNK.
