Employee was driving a refuse truck, on loan from R&L development. This truck rides rough. The rough ride and rough conditions on refuse pile combined to give employee a bouncy ride. Employee drove the truck all shift. He completed his shift and left. He woke the next am to lower back pain that radiated down his legs making walking hard.
GSI Geo-synthetics (sub contractor) EE was traveling across jobsite on ATV. EE attempted to cross small ditch, when ATV flipped over backwards. The ATV was loaded with sandbags on the rear rack. This offset the balance of the machine, contributing to the turn over.
Employee was operating an A40D Volvo dump truck. In the course of his normal duties of traveling across the refuse dump area, he ran over several rough frozen places. He then complained of a sore neck. He has received three chiropractic treatments as of today. He is working with no restrictions.
IN FEB 2001, WHILE OPERATING AN A-35 VOLVO ROCK TRUCK, EE DROVE OVER A RUT ON THE REFUSE DUMPINGAREA, JARRING HIS BACK- NOTE: NO LOST TIME FOR OVER A YEAR. EE WENT TO SEE DOCTOR ABOUT LOWER BA CK PAIN. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY ACCIDENT REPORTSFILED.
