NO OTHER INJURIES KNOWN OF AT THIS TIME.

WAS DRIVING TON3HAUL TRUCK WAITING WHILE ELECTRIC SHOVEL LOADED TRUCK. ALLEGEDLY A BIG ROCK DUMPED INTO BED SHOOK TRUCK SO THAT 3 DAYS LATER HE WENT TO DR. WITH LOW BACK PAIN.
HAULING WASTE F9OM OLD WASTE DUMP TO NEW LOCATION. IT IS VERY DECOMPOSED AND VERY LOOSE. AS TRUCK BACKED AGAINST BERM, THE EDGE OF THE DUMP SETTLED UNDER THE LEFT REAR WHEEL. THE DRIVER,FEARI NG THE DUMP WAS3COLLAPSING AND THAT HIS TRUCK WAS GOING OVER, LEFT THE CAB AND JUMPED 12' TO THE GROUND. THE TRUCK STAYED PUT AND WAS PULLED OUT.

FINALLY HE SAW DR ON 7-30-87, WHO LAID HIM OFF AND REFERRED HIM TO A SPECIALIST FOR POSSIBLE SURGERY. BECAME LOST TIME REPORTABLE 7-31-87.
