EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A BUILD UP OF ROCK ALONG THE 90' CONVEYOR.WHILE REMOVING A ROCK IT WAS CAUGHT BY THE CONVEYOR CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE'S HAND TO BE SMASHED BETWEEN THE ROCK AND ANOTHER ROCK. GUARDS WERE IN PLACE.
