Struck by falling object

Employee was walking by the track hoe, operator of the track hoe did not see him right away and when he did he thought he was going to hit him with the bucket, so his reaction to raise the bucket quickly caused the material in the bucket to spill out onto the injured worker.

Employee was getting off the backhoe and lost his footing, slipped, grabbed with his right arm and felt something pop. Pulled his bicep muscle and the tendons. Surgery will be needed.

Employee was using a cutting torch, a spark got under his sleeve layering and melted his nylon coat to his right forearm.
