Showing all 3Employee was operating the salt spreader truck. He got out of the vehicle and later was having symptoms of a heart attack. The ambulance took him to the hospital and he was diagnosed with carbon monoxide poisoning. It was later determined that the truck had a faulty exhaust system and fumes were entering the cab.
