BECAUSE OF THIS BRAKING HE LOST AIR PRESSURE AND CONSEQUENTLY BRAKING CAPABILTY HE CUT WHEEL IN ORDER TO HIT SO. SIDE WALL BUT CUT WHEEL WRONG WAY TRUCK RAN UP ONTO BERM AND FLIPPED ON SIDE. HE CLIMBED OUT.
